Search of his assets and monetary condition
Verification of Employment and Landlord History
Reference from employers and landlords
The Tenant's Business Background
Whether he is the owner of a business or is the employee of a company
The Tenant's Military Records
Whether he has served in the army or is in services
The Tenant's Medical History
If he has ever been into drug abuse, alcoholism or has a grave medical condition If he has ever been injured during work and collected worker's compensation
