If the tenant feels like he is being treated unfairly, harassed or unjustly prosecuted, he can file a lawsuit against the landlord.
- Demolition, repairs and improvement: If the landlord wants to repair or improve some or all of the property, he can ask the tenant to move out for the duration of the work. He can do so after giving p[roper notice. If the landlord wants to stop renting the property or demolish it totally he can also do that after giving ample notice.
