Guidelines for the Landlord and the tenant in Landlord Tenant Agreement
The Landlord Tenant Agreement clearly states the "dos" and "don'ts" of the property owner as well as the rent payer, to safe guard them from getting into legal hazards. The responsibilities for time to time maintenance and renovations of the rented module is shared amongst both the parties by the state Landlord Tenant Act, after weighing the pros and cons of different situations. As per the statutory laws, the Landlord Tenant Agreement should include the distributed duties of the landlord and tenant.
