Bylaws for LLC or Corporations

I am in the process of incorporating my DBA. I am looking for someone, in realestate investmenting, willing to share a copy of the BYLAWs for their LLC or Corporation. I will have a lawyer here in Texas, review this bylaw for compliance with Texas Laws. Its less expensive to have a lawyer review LLC documents than to have them create one. Just trying to save on the cost of going through a lawyer. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Bylaws and other corporate documents are available from a number of sources for relatively low cost. For example, you should be able to find several different books in Barnes & Noble or other major bookstores. Nolo Press has excellent guides on the subject.
